TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO THE 10 DAY EVALUATION / CONSIGNMENT TRAINER'S KITS [the Kit/s]

l The selected Kit/s can be couriered to you on request, verification and authorization of the following information.
l the Kit/s will be accompanied by a VAT invoice for COD payment on the understanding that the material and intellectual property will be treated with respect and that these terms and conditions will be adhered to in good faith.
l Please Note: No part of the Kit/s may once received be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the author and publisher or full and final payment of the attached invoice. Any act or omission to the contrary will be regarded as a contravention of the laws of your country.

l The Kit/s will be dispatched and received by Postnet Constantia, Cape Town, South Africa and their records will reflect the relevant transactions.
l Should the Kit/s not be suitable for whatever reason, the uncopied, undamaged and unaltered Kit/s must be returned via courier and received by Postnet Constantia, within 10 days of initial receipt for a full credit.
l Should the Kit/s not be returned within the 10 day return period, it will reasonably be assumed that the Kit/s are of an adequate standard and content and must be paid for in full by your organisation in accordance with our terms and conditions [as stated on the accompanying VAT invoice].
